Business relations between ICA SYSTEM SRL and customers are governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale, excluding any other agreements unless previously agreed upon.

1. Selling prices and purchasing methods

Sales prices shown within the site are always in euros and include VAT.
The cost of shipping will be made known to the customer before confirmation of the purchase.
The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods indicated "on line" at the time of purchase.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests to send information material (Requests for information, quotes, contacts in general, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (e.g., product reseller)

3. Delivery

The company ICA SYSTEM will deliver to customers, at the address indicated by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner provided in the preceding article, by courier.

4. Optional provision of data

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data reported in the request forms indicated in the Contacts section to solicit the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases (not object of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases, the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

5. Orders

Online purchase will be made in the following ways:

• The customer can freely view the products offered for sale by ICA SYSTEM;
• Each product has a description sheet;
• Customers will be able to select the products they are interested in and add them to their shopping cart;
• Having made the choice, the customer can proceed to checkout and indicate, at that location, the chosen means of payment;
• Next, the customer will be asked to confirm the order submission.

6. Rights of data subjects

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

According to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
